 Perry St.

So does anyone else think the new road is too small when cars are parked on either side of the road? I mean the new road is awesome and it's great but if a car is parked along the curb then you have to ride on the yellow line and when you get two cars on either side then it's only a matter of time until someone gets smacked, and with the badlanders it's even smaller. I know it was up to code with the widths and all but sometimes the codes need changed. Just a thought

Try driving on the last 3 blocks of Brady st with a car parked on the side.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing, especially when there is a semi coming from the other direction. I think it is just that they put the new high curbs in so people arent parking as far in as they were.

Look at how many people park on the street by the catholic church. Turns into one lane through there. Don't they have a big lot in the back ::)

Could we get the cars off of Perry St. at aleast after dark, The driveways were put there for a reason. (walk its healthier)Put up no parking signs in front of the churches they all have lots. Get the police out of the Super Test to do something about the semis on Xavier Rd. My last wish is to get a mayor that's not in Harrison's back pocket

Not every house has a driveway or another parking option. However I do see your point for those that have multiple vehicles on the road. I think the fact that there are cars on the sides of Perry st slows traffic and that is a good thing!

As far as the comment about the Mayor, that's a little rude considering the timing of your post and his passing.

I'm sorry if you feel that my comment was rude but it wasn't about the man. I liked him as a person. Not as a mayor

You could run for Mayor at the next elections, seems you disliked everything that was done from this political position.

LOL, I remember this conspiracy theory back in the day also. That because someone in an authority figure roll didn't respond as you expected they must be bought out by Harrison's.

Thanks kassie, I almost forgot about that one. My guess is it will not change their viewpoint with any new mayor.

Actuallu I am the forum Police!!! LMFAO!!!! I know that I don't have a life and yes I do put my 2 cents in on topics!!! You made a comment and I am just asking what brought you to that conclusion. I mean that is what a public forum is for, that usually means that it is open to the public to speak and respond! Like any other topic on here, somone posts something and others respond and a conversation is formed. So again I ask what makes you say that he was in Harrison Steel's back Pocket?? I mean at least back up your theory with some details!

Kassie, obviously your the forum police #1, who's the other? Pick me! Pick me! Pick me!

Personally, after decades of seeing Perry St. looking like crap, it looks great! Nice neat curbs, driveways, etc.
